Scottish Inns Collinsville - Martinsville

I stayed in a King Room for two nights. The location was super convenient, but my experience was overshadowed by the dirty floor and bathroom. The attitude from the manager was a real buzzkill too.

Check for local dining options in advance. Some nearby places was superb despite the hotel's limitations.

Greatly enjoyed our impeccably clean and brand-new rooms in this hotel.

We didn't want to say goodbye and will definitely go again next time. The hotel had amicable staff members. The location in a really quiet area was marvellous and nice. Even the Mota Lava airport was not so far, 22 minutes drive away: D

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. While the bed was comfortable, I did encounter issues with the toilet leaking, and there were some concerns about pest control. I appreciated the friendly atmosphere, yet cleanliness is key.

The front desk receptionist was dreadful in her demeanor, with attitude that could sour milk. I experienced horrendous cleanliness issues, like baby roaches in my bathroom. I had expected a complimentary welcome gift for my trouble, but apparently that's just too much to ask. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

The location offers easy access to nearby amenities. Amazingly, the bed brought some comfort amidst the chaos.

The room condition left a lot to be desired-furniture was worn down, with cracked tiles in the bathroom and a broken towel holder. We dealt with issues like a low toilet that felt uncomfortable, missing paint in various spots, threadbare carpet, and even a partially functioning TV remote. To top it off, we encountered cockroaches, and while fair warning was given about the possibility of pest activity with eating in the room, it didn't was good.

The price was fantastic and the beds were super comfortable. Staff members like christina and dana.

The King Room was a bit of a letdown. The floor was dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there were weird spots all over. The bathroom situation was rough-like, the toilet didn't even flush. The only decent part was that the bed felt comfy, but that doesn't make up for the overall mess.
